Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Maurya Technologies & Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Maurya Technologies & Services provides software development, product engineering, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Build First, Pay Later (Pilot Model)
Our unique engagement model prioritizes your trust. We start by building the initial User Interface (UI) and core components to demonstrate our capability and ensure your satisfaction. This initial work is hosted and shared on a 'maurya-tech.com' subdomain for your review. We only request an advance payment to proceed to the next development phase once you are satisfied with this initial delivery. If you are not satisfied, you are under no obligation to pay.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maurya Technologies & Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
