The Problem
Managing a distributed fleet of drones and a growing team of pilots and engineers was becoming chaotic. They needed a unified platform to track attendance, assign missions (tasks), and communicate securely in real-time.
The Solution
We developed a secure, role-based dashboard using Next.js and Prisma. The system features a real-time chat module for instant communication between ground teams, a Kanban-style task board for maintenance schedules, and a comprehensive HR module for attendance and team management.
